Tagg snarled at the pain, heaving her head up and catching Mirla's hand in her mouth, she bit down.

Mirla shreiked and wrenched her hand free. In that free moment she searched in her pocket for her army knife. She found it and proceeded to stab it into Tagg's shoulders and chest repetatively.

Tagg yelped each time she was stabbed, but still she did not back down. She placed her paws on Mirla's shoulders and pushed her backwards, sending her into the dirt. If you backed down each time you were in pain, nothing would ever get done.

Mirla stood, shaking and trying to hold onto her adrenaline rush. She faced Tagg. "If you leave now I won't hurt you,: she said in a low and dangerous tone of voice.

Tagg gave a short bark of laughter, her eyes glinting amusedly. Who was she to make such propositions? She looked over the bleeding, tired girl and didn't even bother snareling. She saw no threat here. She advanced on Mirla again.

Mirla took a few steps back, ready to strike when Tagg came at her. Despite everything she was strangely focused now. Save Jehte, Save Ehran, Save herself.....

Tagg continued to advance, backing the avian hybrid up. Her lips curled back in a wolfy grin, revealing her pointed teeth.

Mirla kept backing up. She looked for any openings that she could get but didn't see any yet.

Tagg morphed into human form, not breaking stride until she had Mirla pressed up against a tree. "What were you saying, freak?" She snarled.

"This," said Mirla as she stuck Tagg in the ribs with her knife. "Human form, bad choice."

Eran ran and fell, grabbing Tagg's legs and jerkin them out from under her.

Tagg fell, glad she was in human form. It made her more agile, but sadly it made her feel pain more. She hissed at the knife wound, but then swung her feet, nocking both of them to the ground and tackling Ehran. She could only tackle one at a time, or at least she thought she could.

Mirla hit the ground hard but got up just as easily. She ripped Tagg off of Ehran and punched her.

Ehran jumped up and grabbed Tagg by her shirt, slamming her against the closest tree. He punched her hard, over and over.

Tagg didn't make a noise, but she was bleeding now. She reached out and grabbed Ehran around the neck, her nails elongiating, she punctured through his skin. Hot blood ran down her fingers and the metallic smell of fresh blood filled the air. Both hers and his.

Ehrn gasped slightly as Tagg's claws punctured his skin. He grabbed her neck and dug his nails in his, so their position was mirrored.

Tagg growled in annoyance. Stupid kitty. She ducked out of his arms and away from the tree, stopping a few feet away and glaring.

Ehran stepped back, stumbling a bit. He wiped his throat, leaving another red stain on his sleeve.

Tagg grinned and sniffed the air. She was still in her human form. "Is the kitty hurt?" She asked softly, dangerously, ignoring the blood that dripped down her own neck, spattering her shirt.

Ehran glared at her, "Shut up!" he snapped, running back at her. He jumped and kicked her full-force in the chest, knocking her back against another tree.
