(ooc - Yeah, you can join in, Blake. The first time I joined in a thread already had 12 pages before me. XD And Fox, be more descriptive and add some other related info! It works for me since I already have a tendency to put detail in my posts! XD)
"I know for the fact that rats attract cats. It's just that the cats seem to have a REALLY big liking to my pair in particular. And I had to be the one in the crossfire of it all." Kiyunalia muttered, "Hobos? Funny, I'm just being civil and try to do odd jobs here and there to earn my money. Though a couple people every a thousand would be willing to donate some for me. It all depends."
She listened in to Dakota's current life story. "Eraser side? You mean, your own parents are Whitecoats? .... Ugh, if Briar had been my own father, I would so be freaked out and twitch at the mentioning at him." Kiyunalia shuddered, "Briar's the Whitecoat that had been directing the experiments on me when I was still in the lab at Colorado. I escaped over a year ago and I really haven't seen him since."

Blake had just entered the mall, he had finally saved some money and had come to get new clothes, since all of his were torn and had blood stains all over them. Blake was just about to enter a store when he felt something wrong in the air. Blake looked around and saw that there was a group of teens that didn't look normal about 30 feet away. As Blake looked closer he thought that he recognized one of them. Blake moved a little to the right to try to see the teen's face when he realized where he recognized them from. They were erasers!
Quickly Blake hid behind a cement column, so he wouldn't be seen. 'Why would there be that many erasers? ...unless there were some birdkids around,' he thought. Using his power he kept an eye on the group of erasers, while looking to see if he could find any bird kids. 'Yes!' he thought. Blake had spotted two birdkids right behind him, talking. 'Should I approach them or would they think that he was an eraser? He had made that mistake a few times before.'
OOC: i'm still a little unsure where to seperate paragraphs and everything so just tell me if I did anything wrong and I'll change it. I like getting advice on how to change my writting to make it better.

Dakota shook her head. "They were paid to watch me, a great sum at that too, to see if it'd be possible to change a bird-kid by putting them in a family that was basically Erasers... See if I would jion a flock, but keep pulling the group into the Whitecoat's clutches, but that's just a theory," She shrugged. "You should be happy. A person who knows to much about you is always the downfall. Never trust them," She smirked, still rather keyed into the emotions of the Erasers nearby. Because of that fact, when another new emotoin kicked in near them, she picked it up and instantly glanced up, as if her name had been called.
She glanced around, but didn't see anybody, and she frowned, swearing she'd 'heard' a bird-kids emotions kick in around the Erasers. She narrowed her eyes, and scanned the room, letting all the emotions in the room trickle in a bit. She took a deep breath, and she pin-pointed the location. "Bird-kid, male, behind the pillar," She said, skillfully, smirking. Dakota had been practicing her skills, and she could depict the 'voices' of the emotions, giving her a pretty good idea about gender. Sense of smell gave her location and what species. It usually wasn't a technique she used often, because she lost track of the real world when she did, but just a little poke or so could leave her to play around, but she still wouldn't be completely to earth.
Dakota glanced at Ki, giving her a smirk. "He's uncertain, and I'm assuming because he saw the Erasers, and doesn't want to approach us," She gave a mischeivious grin. Locking pieces of the emotions together was another key thing she'd learned to do over the past years. It helped during battle, if the opponent was tired and worn out, because they wouldn't notice that she wasn't completely ready for another launch into battle. "Wait right here," She said, and stood and started walking towards the pillar, and peeked around one edge of it. "Hello there~!" She quirked, giving a fake smile, mostly because she didn't smile often. "You need to calm down, we're friendly," She nodded, and walked smoothly back to the chair, and fell into it, rubbing her temples, eyes closing.
ooc: Usually, what I do is the first paragraph is responding to what the other people said, the second paragraph is you leading them on to something else. On mine above, I used the first paragraph to describe feelings, because Cain's around, and responded to Ki's message. In the second paragraph, I acknowledged that you arrived, and responded to your post too. In the third, I lead on so that the next people had something to respond too. But that's just me. xD

Cain's fingers maintained control as he bared his sharp canines in a knowing gesture of self-assurance. This was definitely not the first time someone criticized his habits. Although the whole calling him a grown up made him blink in confusion. "Grown up? Boy I'm not even legal for another year.. And smoking, it's something you'd have to experience-It has it's own culture about it."
Sighing, trying to describe the pleasure of doing something not allowed and feeling like you were part something other than what was forced by others. The feeling of being watched continued to piss him off since it didn't leave. 'God, at least I don't keep on watching..' His Mood was soured by so much company, he was used to being alone, the silence was his friend probably his only..
Taking a new approach with this bird chick, ' heheh..Cain made a funny..' he sent off feelings that could speak words. There strength would enforce the words, ' back off..now!' With the feelings, he stared directly at the blond, teeth still glinting in the mall's lights.

Tagg smiled back at Cain and Fox, but then turned her attention back to the bird kids. She would let Cain and Fox work out whatever fight they had themselves. Her eyes flicked to the pillar and she noted another bird there. She could smell him. She glanced again at where the SWAT were trying to keep themselves obscured, and her face split into an even bigger smile.
It was Friday afternoon, the mall was jam packed, and if anything happened the SWAT would be going wild trying to keep people safe. It was almost a guarantee that people would be hurt. Perfect. Swiftly contemplating her next moves, Tagg quickly took note of each and every person that she could use to get what she wanted. Which usually meant a fight.
"You know what?" Tagg said, grinning mischievously. "I'm hungry. How do you guys like your meat? Medium, rare, or raw?" She was almost dying to get at the bird kids now, anticipating the crowds screams and the thick scent of warm blood.

Fox shrugged as Cain explained why smoking was something to experience, tuning him out as he tried to describe it. Fox looked back up at tagg and smiled, seeing her looking around the mall as if they were her prey, the usual spark of insanity in her eyes sending an automatic shiver down his spine.
Fox took a closer look around the mall and say that it was jam packed, checking his watch. No wonder, he thought, its Friday! He chuckled to himself and looked back over at the bird kids an saw that another new person had joined them. He smiled wickedly and said to both Cain and Tagg, "Looks like its an even fight now." Indicating to the bird kid Dakota was taking to.
Fox looked back over at Tagg as she asked him a question and smiled, "Raw, I've always loved raw meat." Fox said and then turned to Cain, "You look upset. Whats bugging you?" he asked
ooc- I think i did it. Woot!

Cain's head swiveled from the woman on his right, to the man on his left. His muscles aching to spring over the table and tear up those kid's pretty little wings. His pupils expanded as he grinned sadistically. " I like my meat bloody raw, and ripped to shreds, and I call dibs on blondie.."
The blood-lust was settling in neatly through his veins as a wild predator need for carnage enveloped his being. He was trying to hold off changing for the sake of the two near him, although patience was rarely ever one of his virtues. It was especially not one he cared to pratice too often. "Anything special in mind miss?"

Tagg sized them up, her normally girly features almost shimmering as she struggled not to drop right then and there and attack the birds. Already her eyes were looking a bit on the canine side. Dakota was taken, so that left Kiyunalia and the new kid.
Curious about the newer male bird, Tagg decided that she would probably attack him first, just to see how he fought. Then she could judge him based on that. He looked strong though, giving her slight hope that he wouldn't be TOO easy to tear up. "The new bird." She said, motioning to him with a flick of her hand.
"How about you, Fox?" She asked, even though there was only one bird left. Fox against Kiyunalia perhaps, that should get interesting. She glanced over at the SWAT again, knowing that at least one of them would probably end up hit by the end of the night. Ah well, that's why it was amazing being an eraser. You could die as many times as long as certain things such as your brain weren't destroyed, and always come back. Tagg herself had died a couple of times, much to the disgust of the white coats. They didn't like the extra work and money it took to get an eraser back and breathing. Sucked for them, the Vigils weren't exactly disposable.

Dakota winced as she felt a strong feeling hit her, and shrunk out of the mind of the new boy, though she kept the door open, so it was impossible he could even notice unless he was paying really close attention. She glanced over at him, and he was she smirked tauntingly at him, as if saying 'At least I don't have to stare you down.' And glanced back at Ki and the new bird-boy, they hadnt' noticed.
She kept her touch out of the way of the new boy, and without looking towards them, tried to figure out if Tagg and Fox were planning attack. New boy's gonna be hard, She thought, smirking. She felt a strong sense of kill coming from Tagg, and she glanced around to see Tagg. She was talking, but she couldn't hear what they were saying because of the loudness of everybody. Fox smirked mischeiviously and reply to her. The new boy said something, and Dakota finally got a glimpse at what they were thinking. Like open boxes, She thought triumpiantly.
She turned towards Ki and the new boy, her face in a dark frown. "Tagg and the new boy are losing it. The fight might break out here. We could probably get it outside, so the SWAT doesn't interfer," She glanced at the boy and Tagg, her vision blurring as she concentrated on not getting to swelled into the fact of emotions. "They're calling dibs," She continued, her voice low. "By the glint in the new boys eyes, he's probably going after me," She glanced worriedly at the new boy. "Good luck kid, you've got Tagg. She's a vicsious, and if Fox doesn't stop her, she will kill you," She gave a crooked smile, looking over at Ki. "Can you take Fox?" She asked, frowning. "It'll be a hard fight, but with the SWAT nearby anywhere, there's a really good chance none of us will die," She finished.

The feeling of being touched finally left him and he let out a breath of air he didn't even notice he had been holding in. The wolf in him wanted this fight so badly that it hurt just sitting there like a good doggy. He growled darkly and felt the last straw snap as he gripped the top of the table and tore it away in one violent gesture, flinging it away. With so many people here it was obvious that anyone who tried to stop this was either going hurt an innocent or themselves on accident, making more confusion and panic. ' Perfect..'
Giving into the power, his teeth grew into wolf jaws including two rows of sharp, powerful canines. His body changed form only partially into wolf form as he leaped forward at the bird kids in front of him. Dark brown fur grew all over him, black nails grew into blunt claws that could rip through skin with ease. His savage roar shook through the crowds as he jumped over another couple's table and sprang straight for the little blond pigeon.

Dakota froze, feeling herself shake back to reality as she heard a scream over take the crowd. Crap, the Erasers, She thought, glancing over her shoulder. The new boy was gone and Dakota stood quickly, grabbing the back of her chair. She was about to tell the rest of them to get to the door, so as to draw the fight away from the SWAT when she heard a thunderous growl from the other side. She glanced over to see the new boy, half morphed, jump over the table. Dakota laughed shakily, his appearance reminding her tremendously of those werewolves from TV.
The new boy lunged at her, and she senses sharpened with adrenaline. She waited as the flying wolf came closer, and a split second before you thought he had her, she threw a punch at his face, a dark snarl ripping from her throat. She jumped a little bit, not used to acquiring that sound and narrowed her eyes. "You're stupid aren't you, if I pretend to be scared, the SWAT team kills you and we get away. Now," She paused, looking at him tauntingly. "Why don't you take your little butt outside, and we'll have a real fight," She stared at Tagg and Fox, having the feeling that Tagg was going to join in.

Hearing the screams, Tagg was unable to hold herself back any longer and with a quick shake, she was a giant black wolf with bright green eyes. She snarled, a low, nasty noise enough to give anyone nightmares, and flung herself at the nearest bird.
She wasn't going to leave the mall if she could help it. The confusion, screams, and danger of the SWAT was far to enthralling to pass up. She landed on one of the tables and it creaked beneath her, her nasty looking claws leaving deep grooves in the cheap fake wood.
She snarled again, and then lifted her head in a howl that rang eerily through the entire mall. If anyone hadn't known that something was up, they would know now.
Tagg barely noticed as the SWAT began pulling out guns, after a few of them went white and cussed quite a bit of course, and headed towards them with weapons drawn. Birds might not be able to take a bullet that well, but erasers were amazingly hard to actually hurt with a bullet. You needed something more like a four-thousand watt taser to even begin to slow one down.

Even in his half wolf form he had that annoy smirk of his that only looked more dangerous now. He fell to the ground hard, although, not even dazed he shot back up and with claws spread out he tackled her, clawing and scraping her with his claws as much as possible. Growling out in an almost inhuman voice in between punches, " Then be scared, you should -punch- be 'cause -punch-we're not going -punch- anywhere!"

Dakota regretted taking her eyes off the new kid for a few seconds. She felt his weight crash hard against her, and felt her neck crack as it got the whiplash effect from the fall. She gasped as the wind rushed from her, and felt the sickening claws of the boy start ripping open unhealed wounds. She growled. She wasn't going to lose this fight. She glanced to the sides and saw the SWAT team advancing, guns raised. "The more the merrier," She chimed, with a dark growl.
She curled her knees to her chest, and then shot them up, kicking the new boy off of her with ease. She'd had enough of trying to deal with him, and the only way she was going to leave this mall was on a stretcher dead. She wasn't going to lose to yet another Eraser. She glanced to the sides, and saw the SWAT look at her funny, she felt a bullet wizz by her, nearly hitting her in the back of the head. She smirked, they had terrible aim. What they didn't know, was that she had a backup plan, if they decided they were going to try and attack her, and she pondered briefly on how far and hard she could throw those plastic chairs, never taking her eyes off the boy.

Fox mock yelled and ran around, bullets zooming around his head. "There are wolves in the Mall, there are wolves in the Mall!" Fox yelled, running in circle until he stopped, a puzzled look crossing his face before it became enlightened. "Oh yeah! I'm a eraser!" Fox cried out and morphed turning towards the S.W.A.T and yelled, "This is for shooting me!" And mowed them down, chucking blood covered people over his shoulder, laughing maniacally.

Once again he was flung off, mentally cursing his lighter stature and the girl's strength as he crashed into a cluster of chairs and tables. Laying on his back for no longer than a split second he used his back and shoulders to flip himself back upon his feet. A shower of bullets rained upon him instantly. There were two shooters with guns aimed straight for him and shooting to kill, number one only about fifteen feet away and number two was hiding behind a plant stand.
Pure shots of adrenaline ran through him as he leaped onto of a table to his right, then to one slightly to the left, following a zig-zag trail to the first SWAT member shooting at him. Cain howling in mid-leap as he bounded forward and crashed into the man, bowling him over and crunching a couple of ribs under his weight life twigs. The man spontaneously coughed up blood as his body crumpled and twitched in it's frantic gestures of trying to survive. Cain ended his life in one brutal snap of his neck with the powerful jaws he sported earlier.
Screams filled the building like a echoing chorus of terror and hysteria as people climbed over each other trying to get out of the way. Standing over his nice little mess, the eraser overheard Fox's little jesting and was reminded of the main meal here. A stray bullet sliced through his skin scraping the flesh above his hip, with a irritated growl he ignored the other shooter and took after his real prey. ' Little miss Goldie locks..' Spotting her yet again- this time by some chairs across the room, his eyes flashed with a dark need.. Now he ran in a b-line for her and when he was going fast enough to be only a blur to normal people and was within ten feet of her, he split slightly to the left and then with a back fist he slammed it back to the side into her as hard as possible.

One second one of the bird kids was telling him to stay calm, then the next the bird kids and the erasers had started fighting. It looked like everyone had dibs on who they were fighting, so Blake wasn't sure where to attack. In his experience if people were fighting, they didn't like to be interrupted, unless there was no way for them to win. Blake stayed back watching, looking to see if anyone needed help, but it looked like everyone was handling themselves very well. When guns started to be fired, chaos broke out. People were running everywhere, someone was going to get hurt sooner or later.

Tagg's eyes lit on the new bird, or "Blake" as she had heard them call him. Still in wolf form, she turned so her body was facing him and she began to snarl at him. She wanted to test him, to see if he was good at fighting at all. With a swift fluid movement, one that didn't seem like a characteristic of a burly eraser, Tagg jumped of off the creaking table and onto the ground. She advanced slowly on Blake, her hackles up and never once taking her unblinking green eyes of off him. She was now almost completely void of any human thoughts or emotions, letting insanity as well as blood lust rule her mind. She barely staggered as a red hot bullet penetrated her shoulder, but her thick fur slowed it down and it only went about two inches, no where near her heart. Ignoring it, making note to get the man who shot her later, Tagg continued to slowly advance on Blake. She circled him, never taking her unblinking gaze of off him. If he didn't fight good enough here, she would kill him.

Since Blake had just used his powers he still had the active, so he was able to follow the eraser that was slowly circling him. Blake started to form a plan in his mind, of how to defeat or at least hold the eraser off. Blake noticed that she was unusually swift for an eraser, but he was also faster and stronger than he looked. Blake knew that since it seemed that the blood lust was taking over the eraser, she might underestimate Blake, but Blake had been in enough fights that you never underestimate your opponent.
Blake kept following the erasers movement as she got closer and closer to Blake. Blake just stood very still concentrating on keeping tabs on the eraser looking for the tiniest of twitches of the erasers muscles to signal that the eraser was going to attack him. Blake had learned that sometimes waiting was the best thing to do.

Usually it was Tagg who liked to wait for the other to attack, however, she wasn't very patient and not exactly thinking clearly at that moment in time. It was true that she was underestimating him. But then again, she underestimated most people. She usually recovered quickly from it though.
She could feel him keeping tabs on her and she liked that. It meant that he was wary of her. She circled him again, taking note of what seemed like his weakest traits. Difficult, very difficult.
Her shoulder throbbed slightly, but she ignored it. She could get the bullet out later; merely a flesh wound. For the first time she turned away from Blake and wasn't looking at him. Taking a few steps in the opposite direction, she made as if to move off and then turned quickly and leapt at Blake, intent on causing him serious bodily harm.
