Okay, I'm not sure how many of the original members log in anymore but I just wanted to share about something to happened to a former member - Sythril.
Sythril began using drugs around 2 years ago (a little after he left the forum) He became a major cutter and pretty much gave up at school. He was admitted to mental hospitals for short stays for suicide attempts. He was diagnosed with bipolar disorder.
The next I heard from him he was still dabbling in drugs, he was a dealer but not really an addict. He started smoking but he was a little happier.
The next time I heard from him he was just pissed off at everything. He stabbed a girl for no reason. He was getting more into drugs. He was broke. He was sick. He was depressed.
Currently I talk to him a lot. He's a heroin addict now. He's broken into houses, cars. Stolen from his parents. Alot of crap like that. He's a chain smoker, alchoholic, he pops pills a lot. He takes klonopin for recreational purposes every day. He wouldn't take his medication so he has to get a shot of it once a month.
I talked to him on the phone the day before last. He sounds terrible. He started crying. Telling me he couldn't stop. He couldn't get better. That we wasted years to drugs and he'll allways be messed up now. He goes psychotic, throwing things and screaming, getting violent. He thinks people can read his mind. He told me I was his only friend anymore... That nobody would want to associate with a junkie.
The cops and his parents want him in jail or a hospital. He has an option to go to vocational school instead of jail but he has to pass a drug test and he just... can't. He's scared... He wants to come see me. It's really scary... He's never happy. He talks about death, and losing his mind.
He makes me cry now...
I thought I would share this just to let you guys know. It's kinda ironic because he was anti-drug back when he was a member...
I just... I can't believe how sick he's gotten. He was just... he was such a good kid just 2 years ago...
