So if anyone's familiar with Gaia Online and it's (now relatively thin) plot, then chances are, you know about Louie Von Helson and H2k7 in general. Even if you have no idea who this guy is, you can easily learn the basics of him from here.
Since it's late, I'll add more info soon enough.

ACHOO! *Sniff* *coughcough* ... *sniff*
Lying on the blanket-covered couch while mindlessly channel surfing in her PJs isn't something she'd want to do on a Saturday afternoon. Much less getting sick from the rain in the first place. The one day she forgotten her umbrella was enough for her to close the house for the next few days. One of her regular costumers even offered her a ride. She refused, thinking a mere sprinkle wouldn't hurt her.
ACHOOO!!! *coughcoughcough*
Unfortunately, the mere sprinkle drastically turned into a very heavy pour halfway to her home.
Freya grabbed another tissue from the tissue box and blew her nose onto it. Grimacing at the now snot-covered tissue, she threw the balled up mess into the small trash can near the coffee table. The trash can had been piling up with used tissues since morning and already pile had gotten past the rim. She sighed at the site before staring at the ceiling.
"That's gotta be the seventh box since last night," she thought.
She rubbed her nose with her back hand as if it was the most effective to get rid of the irritating feeling. Her stomach then made a grumbling noise. She sighed once again before dragging herself out of the couch. It's the afternoon and she hadn't consumed anything other than cough drops, cold medicine, and water all day.
Freya landed the water-filled pot pan on top of the stove and turned the dial to "boil." She grabbed the ginger and brown sugar as well as the frozen, store-bought tangyuan package to add them into the boiling water later. [1] As soon as she was done and the stove turned off, Freya poured some of the soup mixture into a coffee mug and took a sip before deeming it as "perfectly okay."
*Knock knock knock*
The 21-year-old blinked a couple times at the front door. She doubted Natasha or even Devin to bother visiting her at this time of day. Freya sneezed once more before putting her cup on the kitchen counter. She then went over to the front door and looked through the peephole.
Realizing who was at the front porch, she fully opened the door to show her ill state to the 23-year-old. It's not so much that he was here that confused her, but...
"Louie, any particular reason you have with that mask on?"
The 23-year-old Von Helson smiled embarrassingly under the surgical mask he was wearing.
"I just came to check up on you. Damian told me over the phone you came down with the common cold," he muffled from under the material.
"I'm sure he even told you that Rufus is currently getting tortured by Rina again and wished that I would visit today," Freya giggled, thinking all the other times she had to 'rescue' the feline from Rina's dress up-
ACHOO!
She rubbed her nose onto her pajama sleeve from the lack of tissues that were present. Her cheeks soon became red as her stuffed nose since she had done it in front of the King of the Vampires.
Louie chuckled, "Now you see why I have the mask on? How much longer are you going to stay home?"
"Long enough that the cold would be completely out of my body. Or at least once I'm entirely sure that I won't get my costumers sick from it."
"You just got that cold yesterday, correct?"
"Exactly. It's gunna take a few days," she muttered.
"It's a shame though. You do realize how your costumers are feeling right now that their only place to get decent coffee is closed for the next few days because the owner was sick."
"I know! Don't rub it in! It's already hard working enough that I have to make over 500 coffees, espressos, cappuccinos, lattes, and everything in between all in one day. Not to mention the extra time I have to do to make latte art out of each and every one of--!"
Her coughing fit cut off her rant very abruptly as she leaned forward and covered her mouth. She felt a hand rubbing the her back as a way of comforting her. It was soothing, she admitted, but not enough to reduce the fit.
Freya stood back up, still looking at the ground.
" ... I hate being sick," she finally said, lamely, "So, I heard you're actually working in Edmund's shop, now."
"Yeah," Louie nodded, "I help around with the shop, Edmund gives me a roof to live under. I owe him for the things he has done for both me and Damian."
"That's great! I'm glad things are going smoothly these days. ... So, are you planning to stay here for a while, or do you have other plans?"
"Well, I don't thin--Oh, sh*t!" the Von Helson shouted midway in panic, "My 15-minute break is almost done! I have to be back at the shop or Edmund will lock me out of the house for an entire week!"
"It's barely even 3 minutes and with your Vampire speed, you'd get there in less than 2 minutes. Are you telling me you decided to spent the last few minutes of your break with me while you could have done that the entire break?" Freya crossed her arms, pouting from the conclusion she made from Louie's action.
Louie scratched the back of his head in embarrassment, "Well half of the break was spent on trying to find the surgical mask. You'd think stores would be well supplied with even a few boxes of them, but no."
She blinked a few times, wondering if she would really believe her friend's story, "Louie Von Helson, did it ever occur to you that since Edmund's a scientist, he'd probably actually have some surgical masks lying around in the house?"
The 23-year-old finally came into realization, causing his very pale face now bright red, "Oh, that's fail..."
This caused Freya to let out a giggle seeing him dumbfounded. Without a thought, she then proceeded into be on her toes to provide height and gave a kiss on his cloth-covered face. She got back on her heels, now seeing his surprised expression.
She put on a shy smile as her face matched the color tone of her stuffy nose, "Since you did took the time to visit me and all."
Before she knew it, Louie got down to her face and gave her a peck on the lips with only the surgical mask in between them. Freya turned completely red as she looked straight at Louie's charming gray eyes.
"I hope you get well soon."
